By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General Terms
1.1. These terms apply to all services provided by ABL Valeting.
1.2. By booking a service, you confirm that you have the legal right to authorise work on the vehicle.
1.3. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
2. Services
2.1. Our services include mobile valeting and detailing as described on our website or provided in communication during booking.
2.2. Service times are estimates and may vary based on the condition of the vehicle and external factors (e.g., weather, access to the vehicle).
2.3. We will endeavor to meet specific customer requests, but no guarantees are provided beyond the agreed service description.
3. Booking & Cancellation
3.1. Bookings can be made online, by phone, or via email. Confirmation of the booking will be provided.
3.2. Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the booking will not incur a fee.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a charge of up to 50% of the service cost.
4. Customer Obligations
4.1. The vehicle must be in a safe and accessible location for the service to be performed.
4.2. Customers are responsible for removing all personal belongings from the vehicle before service.
4.3. We are not liable for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.
5. Payment
5.1. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
5.2. We accept payment by cash, bank transfer, or other agreed methods.
5.3. Late payments may incur additional charges.
6. Liability & Damage
6.1. We will take all reasonable precautions to avoid damage to your vehicle.
6.2. ABL Valeting is not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage or defects
Wear and tear resulting from regular use or prior neglect
Damage caused by poor condition of paintwork or surfaces (e.g., rust, peeling clear coat)
6.3. Any claim for damage must be reported immediately and supported by photographic evidence.
7. Weather & Rescheduling
7.1. Services are weather-dependent. We may reschedule appointments due to adverse weather conditions that would affect the quality of service or safety.
7.2. We will notify you as soon as possible if rescheduling is necessary.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
8.1. We respect your privacy and comply with all applicable data protection laws.
8.2. Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of providing services and managing bookings.
9. Changes to Terms
9.1. ABL Valeting reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.
9.2. Updates will be communicated through our website or directly to customers.
10. Governing Law
10.1. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with these laws.
